How long does it take to build my watch?

Each watch is hand-assembled by our expert watchmaker, with over 6 years of experience. Total time from order to delivery is 3–4 weeks. This includes assembly, water resistance testing, demagnetization, and quality control before your watch ships.

What if I have a problem with my watch?

Please contact us first through our contact form or by chat. We'll work with you to resolve the issue. If your watch arrives defective or with a faulty part, we'll send a replacement part or a replacement watch at no cost to you.

What watch styles do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of Seiko-modded styles inspired by iconic designs, including:

Every watch is powered by a genuine Japanese Seiko movement (NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, or VK63 mechaquartz) and built with high-quality aftermarket components on a 904L stainless steel case — the same premium grade used in luxury Swiss watchmaking.

Are your watches authentic Seiko?

Our watches use genuine Seiko movements combined with custom aftermarket parts. We are an independent watchmaker and are not affiliated with Seiko Corporation. Every Fortune Timepieces watch is a unique build, not a counterfeit or replica.

Are the watches water-resistant?

Our watches are tested to 5 ATM (50 meters), which is suitable for everyday wear, washing hands, and light splashes. They are not designed for swimming, showering, or any prolonged water exposure.

What about lume?

Our watches feature applied lume on the hands and indices for low-light visibility. Lume brightness varies by model. For long-duration glow, look for our models specifically marked with Super-LumiNova.

Can I get an extra strap?

Yes. Extra straps are available as an add-on at checkout on most product pages. If you don't see the option, contact us and we'll add it to your order.

What's the warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty on the Seiko movement with every watch. The warranty is voided if the watch is altered, opened, or modified after delivery. Cosmetic parts (crown, bezel, glass, hands, dial) are not covered under warranty but can be replaced for a fee. Each watch ships with a warranty card.

How do I size my watch?

A free toolkit is included with every order so you can size your bracelet at home. If you need help with sizing, message us directly and we'll walk you through it.

DELIVERY

How long until my watch arrives?

Total delivery time is 3–4 weeks from order to your door. This includes assembly, quality control, and international shipping. Tracking is provided once your watch ships.

Do I have to pay import taxes?

No. All taxes and import duties are included in the price. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise fees at delivery.

For our US customers, please note that import rates may be subject to change by US government policy and are outside our control. We'll update this page if anything changes.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide via free shipping, with the exception of North Korea, certain North African regions, and Russia. We work with trusted freight forwarders in Hong Kong who partner with local couriers including USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, and 4PX depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your watch ships. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. You can also reply to your tracking email if you have questions about delivery.

ORDER

What's your return policy?

All watches are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your watch arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to either send a replacement part, replace the watch, or find another resolution that works for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After 24 hours, assembly begins and changes are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

How do I care for my watch?

Avoid prolonged water exposure, magnets, and sudden impacts. Wipe your watch with a soft cloth to maintain its finish. For movement servicing or repairs, contact us directly and we'll help you out.
