Shipping policy
Order processing & lead time Every watch is made to order and hand-assembled by our watchmaker. Please allow a total of 3–4 weeks from the date of your order to delivery. This includes assembly, water-resistance testing, demagnetization, quality control, and international shipping. This lead time applies to all orders, even if an item shows as "in stock."
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with the exception of North Korea, certain North African regions, and Russia. We work with trusted freight forwarders in Hong Kong who partner with local couriers such as USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, and 4PX, depending on your location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your watch to your door. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs, duties & taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price. Please check your local customs regulations if you're unsure.
Lost, delayed, or incorrect addresses
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at fortunetimepieces.co@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
