Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. Our products
Fortune Timepieces Collective designs and hand-assembles custom Seiko-modified ("mod") watches using genuine Japanese Seiko movements combined with high-quality aftermarket components. We are an independent watchmaker and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Seiko Corporation or any other watch brand. All watches are unique custom builds — not counterfeits or replicas. As each piece is handmade, slight variations from product images may occur.

General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Pricing and product information are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is valid and that you are authorized to use it.

Orders and cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Because items are made to order, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. After this period, assembly begins and changes are no longer possible.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

Warranty
Each watch includes a 1-year warranty on the Seiko movement. The warranty is void if the watch is altered, opened, or modified after delivery. Cosmetic parts (crown, bezel, glass, hands, dial) are not covered. Please refer to the warranty information included with your order.

Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security of the site.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" except as expressly stated.
